Is a radio play about a ship that sank. It is set around sixty years later and about a young couple who went down with the ship. Also on the ship was a full orchestra
and they hear them practicing, constantly in the back ground. Eventually they encounter a musician who is desperate to find his violin.
A radio play about a fireman who had to retire early with mental health problems. The years have since rolled by, but one day he receives an invitation to the fire station's first reunion. It irritates him as he has to make
a decision as to whether to go and cannot be sure what his reactions will be to a former colleague if he did. The memories of his brief career flood back as he tries to decide what to do.             PDF file password protected.
Sections from the full screenplay about a boy growing up in the fifties. His parents are separated and he lives with his mother in a house directly opposite the asylum.
After a frightening experience, he comes up with a plan to rescue one of the patients and encourages his friends to join in with him.
This script has been inspired by  ‘The Love Song of J Alfred Prufrock’ by T S Eliot. The download consists of three sections from the full screenplay. The story is about an elderly man who is unable to cope with the
sudden death of his wife. He lives a hermit's life in a bungalow at Kilnsea Beach, East Yorkshire. Drink takes its toll, he becomes slovenly, unkempt, but one day a young Italian girl enters his life.
The main character, Jason, is a young man, who has mental health problems and lives on his own in a flat on a down-at-heel estate. His mother, Beryl, a widow, visits regularly and totally dominates his life. Jason is trying to break free of her strangle hold, especially as
she is sexually abusing him at bath times. She resents his involvement with the local drop-in centre and see’s its members as a threat to her power.

Based on ‘Snow White’ by The Brothers Grimm and written with the collaboration of its Director, Laurie Allen, this play was performed by Young CATS (Caistor Amateur Theatrical Society) in August 2012.
The plot is about a pop diva who is jealous of her step-daughter’s singing talent and has several attempts at getting rid of her. The methods she uses are: abandonment, strangulation, poisoning and violence.

Pilot episode for a tv series based around a mental health drop-in centre. The series starts with the arrival of a new coordinator who has managed to get the position by guile, cunning and sexual favours. Quality of
care is the least of her concerns as her priorities are power, money and ambition. However, there are those that stand up to her.
